Background
The Office of the President and Cabinet is in the provinces represented by the office of the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution. The Provincial Capital for Matabeleland North Province is Lupane, 171 kilometres north-west of Bulawayo along the Bulawayo- Victoria Falls Road. However, the offices of the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution for Matabeleland North are currently housed at Mhlahlandlela Government Complex in Bulawayo while infrastructure is being developed in Lupane.
